ABSENCE, LATE ARRIVAL, EARLY DISMISSAL

PROCEDURES

 

All students must be present in school the day of the event in order to participate.

 

All students MUST arrive by 8:30 AM (BOE POLICY 5305) to participate in sports or after school activities.

 

All students MUST remain in school for the entire day.  The only exception are seniors with approved late arrival/early dismissal as part of their official schedule.

 

If a student arrives to school late OR leaves school early due to a legal reason/appointment (dental, medical, college visit or court appearance), they MUST return to school with a note from the office where the appointment took place, on the same day of the event, in order to participate.
